We make every effort to ensure that all rides are available on your special day, however due to maintenance and weather conditions, some rides may not be available. If you have any concerns about your party, please contact the party coordinator 48 hours prior to your visit.

Wet Weather – in the event of forecast rain or bad weather we can move the entire party to an alternate day or weekend (subject to availability and with suitable notice). We do not offer refunds for booking cancellations due to inclement weather on the day.

Can I provide food at the Kids Party hosted at Luna Park?

You are welcome to provide your own birthday cake, lolly bags, drinks and/or supplementary food platters. We can store your Birthday Cake for you but are unable to store any additional food or drinks.
We are a family friendly park so please know no alcohol is permitted on site.

Do we have to share the Party Tram?

If the party has 17 guests or more, then we will allocate the entire Tram to the group. A minimum charge of 17 guests applies to reserve the whole Party Tram space.

How many people does the Party Tram at Luna Park hold?

The Party Tram has seating for 32 guests. Groups of less than 16 will be allocated to one end of the Tram with the possibility of sharing the space with another party.

Will Luna Park Supervise during the Kids’ Birthday Parties?

A Luna Park host will be provided during your one hour allocated lunch time, however adult supervision is required at all times. Parties will not be hosted or supervised by Luna Park staff outside of the Party Tram.

When should I arrive for Kids’ Birthday Parties?

You are welcome to arrive from when we open at 11am and enjoy a full day of rides! At a minimum we advise your party guests arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time and request your entire party head to the allocated space 5-10 minutes before your scheduled lunch.

Where do I go when I arrive at Luna Park?

When you arrive let our staff know you are here for a Birthday Party! They will direct you to the Ticket Box to collect your Birthday Card, Unlimited Ride Wristbands and Vouchers.
Any guests that arrive after this will be asked to head into the park to find the group organizer to collect their tickets.
Unfortunately no party guests will be given wristbands until the group organizer has arrived.
